The Australian Forest walk at Melbourne's Royal Botanic Gardens
Showcasing flora from the east of our continent, the Royal Botanic Gardens wanted to share amazing stories about our forests.
The trail meanders on and off the main pathway, telling stories about plant species, habitats, wildlife and engaging visitors in issues associated with land management and climate change. We wanted to engage visitors in different ways of seeing our forests, and the roles they play in enriching our lives—economically, in health, research, education and spiritually.
